National sports media keeps underrating the Cleveland Cavaliers, but this squad is ready to prove doubters wrong. With Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley primed for all-NBA caliber seasons, internal expectations for the Cavs are sky-high, despite power rankings that rank them behind their Eastern Conference rivals. Will the continuity and internal growth of this talented core finally gain the respect it deserves?
Expect bold storylines as Jarrett Allen remains off the trading block, Meleek Thomas rises into the main rotation, and the Cavs secure a top 10 defense. Along with predicting a 50-32 finish and another trip to the Eastern Conference Finals, the question remains: are the Cavs about to shock the league and silence critics with another deep playoff run?
